By using ihatepdf, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to all users including guests, free users, and paid subscribers.
ihatepdf is an AI-powered file processing tool that helps you resize, compress, convert, and manipulate image and document files. We provide this service "as is" and make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or results.
You own your files. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of completing your requested operation. This license expires immediately when processing is complete. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any files you upload.
You may not use ihatepdf to process files containing illegal content, malware, or content that violates others' rights. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service. You may not use automated scripts to make bulk requests. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
Free accounts are limited to 3 file operations per day and 5MB per file. Guest users get 3 operations total. We reserve the right to change these limits with notice. Abuse of free limits may result in account suspension.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.
ihatepdf is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the service. Always keep backups of important files. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
The ihatepdf name, logo, and interface design are our intellectual property. The output files you create are yours. We do not claim ownership of any files you process through our service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in India.
